Cancellation Policy
We understand that unplanned issues can come up and an appointment may need to be canceled or changed. If that happens, we respectfully ask to be notified immediately. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another patient from being seen.
No Shows or Appointments not canceled 48 hours in advance will assess a $100 fee per reserved service appointment.
Guidelines
There are a few guidelines for preparing for a thermal scan:
- Do not have physical therapy, massage, chiropractic adjustments or electromyography same day prior to thermography being performed
- Do not do any physical exercising same day prior to thermography
- Do not smoke for 2 hours before the test
- Do not use lotions, deodorants, or liniments on day of test
- Stay out of strong sunlight prior to thermography test
- There are no dietary or medication restrictions on the day of your scan.
